Hi, I’m Lille!

I’m a Registered Massage Therapist, graduating from Langara College in 2021, with experience in a variety of healthcare settings. I provide personalized, one-on-one care, taking a thorough health history to design a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Having experienced injuries in my youth, I understand the importance of holistic, compassionate care. My practice combines myofascial release, deep tissue techniques, passive stretching, and relaxation, ensuring each session supports your recovery, pain relief, and overall wellness.

I’m committed to ongoing learning, continually expanding my skills to provide the most effective treatments. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, injury recovery, or pregnancy massage, together we’ll create a plan that works for you. At Seaside Wellness, every-body is welcome.

Please reach out if you have any questions!
